Does everyone know that if it is Mancini, SGE will probably be back in some role at City? SGE has coached Manicini for many years in Italy, and they have a very close relationship, almost like father and son.

So, don't be surprised!

can't see our owners having anything to do with the likes of sven, he a rum bugger and i dont reckon they go for that shit.

Re: it's done

In my opinion even if Mr Tolmie is correct in what he says, I would ask why he posted this on the morning of an important game?

It seems to me that the rush to be able to say "Told you so" and be proved right in what he says is more important to him that the team getting a result today, as there would surely be lots of uncertainty about today which may well transfer itself to the team and therefore the performance. If this does happen, then well done Mr Tolmie.

I'm sure there are plenty of people ITK on this board but just keep their gobs shut as revealing sensitive information could be detrimental to the club.

I'm one of the few who knows tolmie personally outside the forum and i can tell you it's always in good faith, however this time, and I know who your alluding to, I believe the info to be erroneous (from your source that is). As i've stated before, the media has no inns at city anymore, simply put the info is now stretched to meet the climate, thus amplifying public reaction and causing mischief. I believe he'l go, but certainly not until a) the CCup is ironed out (try sacking a man who has got you to our 1st domestic final in nigh on 30 years) b) we see our position come jan 1st...........

just my take, to be honest i'd rather you were right tolm, don't see it though.
Zin I understand you dont want too add any fuel to the fire, but you seem to think you know who the new manager is RUMOURED to be, can I just ask without naming names, but would you be satisfied with this man's appointment?

Yet......... Every time there is a poor run of games the press seem to have and in, talking about what a waste of space one or other of the players happens to be. It seems to me that, these stories are coming from somewhere within the club and seeing as Hughes has pretty much hand picked the middle management, it has to be someone above, Marwood??

To be fair Zin, some of the press actually have investigative skills and have contacts with numerous people that will of been privvy to views and advise. at least Two back pages will carry the story sunday with the name.. true or not
No idea if its true but if the guy has been approached and the jorno has a "source" the editor will run (also helps City board to soften blow and gauge reation of fans if its not as close as portrayed)
