Hughes v Mancini at the end

Hughes is still pissed by the sack. Look at him now...he is managing fulham with much worse stadium, fans, players....and a much lower budget.

He liked managing these stars and he liked to spend the cash on whatever player he wanted. Now..it's different. Thats why he can't get over it.

Manchester City is almoste like a dream job..you get paid better and you can build your team with an endless budget. In Fulham he can't do that.

absolute crap tbh mate....can you imagine the pressure he was under here to succeed....compared to the little pressure he has at fulham....there is no expectation with the fulham job and i bet he gets plenty of time too

Mancini disrespected him imo. Just stuck his hand out whilst looking the other way , I'd probably have had the same reaction if I were Hughes. Outclassed on and off the pitch today I'm afraid (and I'm not a 'Hughes inner').

Mancini stuck his hand out, wtf more does Hughes want...a nice little chat. Outclassed? your havin a laugh

Mark Hughes on Mancini spat: "I didn't feel he offered his hand with any sincerity, but I apologise if I offended anyone."

"I didn't feel he offered his hand with any sincerity"? What is this, a Victorian masquerade ball? Was Bobby supposed to bow and curtsey as well? Give a me break.

From what I could see after the game, it looked like Hughes struggled to pull his hand away from Mancini as if he'd been burnt.

I defended him when he was at City, and I felt really bad for him when he was sacked in a such an embarassing manner, but with all the crap that he's been slinging at us in the press (and at Mancini in particular), I've really lost my respect for this guy.

Both of them acting like twats because both of them realise that they are not the answer......

Crap? It's a dream job and you have pressure in every job in the Premier league. He almoste got the sack in the beginning of the season with Fulham.

Now things are looking much brighter but when he was managing City it was alot easier to win games with the players he had. But he couldn't produce the results in the end.

dont believe what the press say....hughes is more stable in the fulham job than he was at blackburn...granted, it's a dream job to be given oodles of cash to spend on any team....but with the money comes raised expectations both on and off the pitch.....i can garauntee the pressure to succeed at city is 100times greater than at fulham
