Frankfurt are prolly one of the biggest examples of "selling club." If the demanded fee is met then they'll let go of the player with ease tbh.

It would be as a Rodri backup, if anything. Not sure why anyone would think he could be a KDB replacement, he is not even an attacking midfielder. An xA of 0.03 in his last year is a number that doesn't exactly scream creativity.
