I'd be really tempted to introduce Maffeo here. Sagna is probably the right move but if Zaba's injury ends up more serious than the early indications Maffeo is going to have to play. There's no way he's playing at Klanfield so maybe start getting him up to speed. Outside of that, the only other semi interesting idea is that I've really enjoyed seeing Yaya reprising the deeper role. I'd be tempted to play Fernandinho as an 8 again in place of Fernando which should help us immensely to win the ball back as we did versus Arsenal.

He'll keep same back 4 imo. Fernandinho will come back in for Fernando even though he deserves to keep his spot.

Bravo

Sagna Otamendi Kolarov Clichy

Fernandinho Yaya

Sterling KDB Silva Sane

Hopefully the Arsenal result has given us extra confidence. Hull were good at West Ham and some how lost. Gunna go for a 3-1 City will...... Manchester City that is :)

I wouldn,t drop Nando. Has taken his opportu nity well and deserves to carry on. With, albeit a little bit of momentum, I wouldn,t want to see too much rotation. Lose this game simply negates the Arsenal win.

I would set the side up the way Pep did that second half against Arsenal.....give it a go and see if it dominates and attacks with purpose as we saw.

----------------------Bravo-------------------------

Sagna--------Otamendi---Kolarov-------Clichy

----------------Yaya---------Fernando------------

Sterling--------KDB--------Silva------------Sane

The movement of the front Four along with the control and passing ability of Yaya with Fernando was a joy. Control, possession, ability and pace to burn. That front four can inter-switch at a drop of a hat

After Kelechi's idiotic play in the last minute the other day which Pep was rightly fuming about, I doubt he will be starting!

Its the sort of thing I would expect from Pep, give him a bollocking and then start him in the next match.

I just dont see that Pep would play a false 9 at Hull.

That would be great, but surely pep will want to rest a couple with the fixtures we have?

I'd rest KDB. I know that sounds stupid, but are we seriously going to play him every game? Can't do it over Christmas and with Liverpool game coming up, I'd rest him.

Might be a game to bring back Stones.

Fuckin madness to drop Sane, imo. What a player.
It's odd we've had to wait until the end of Dec to see him. Don't like him on the left, that restricts him from cutting in. Reminds me of Robben in his style. I think we should be making it easier for him to find his feet, because if he clicks he will be a huge asset for us

Can't understand people wanting to rest some here
We can put our best 11 out at Anfield and still lose
Let's get these 3 points done v Hull
