I really feel for their fans if they go through with changing the name . I've been talking to a Hull season ticket holder and they are not a happy bunch.

If City did something stupid like renaming us the Manchester Eagles that would be me 100% out. Also the way the Cardiff owners went from Blue to Red.

I hope the Hull City fans stand up to the owners.

As much as I am grateful to our fantastic owners I would have to turn my back if they ever played around with our name and sky blue colours .

but yes, the whole idea is bollocks, the owner said 'City' is too common and lousy. Tigers sounds like a horrific americanization
