Your 'hunger' isn't hunger it's blood sugar fluctuations mate.

You aren't consuming anywhere near enough protein, and the protein you are consuming is far to late in the day (lunch time). This isn't good for your blood sugar.

The banana on it's own, is to high in fructose, which won't do your blood sugar any good.

Read up on Insulin, Leptin and Grehlin.

I drink loads of water and snack on those bars and fruit. Almost no bread and if so brown. Looking forward to easter and some time off,just so I can perhaps get some walking done.
 
I only eat one BIG F**K OFF meal a day and don't eat anything at all in between,

I find if I'm hungry and I just eat a little snack it seems to trigger off my appetite and makes me feel even hungrier than before I ate it!
