Your 'hunger' isn't hunger it's blood sugar fluctuations mate.
You aren't consuming anywhere near enough protein, and the protein you are consuming is far to late in the day (lunch time). This isn't good for your blood sugar.
The banana on it's own, is to high in fructose, which won't do your blood sugar any good.
