For me some serious questions remain to be answered around value for money and fair pricing. I'm not convinced what Huw Edwards received for his £35k represents reasonable value. Also, if the individual concerned received any other income or taxable benefits over the period in question then I'm sure that HMRC will be interested as it is likely he has exceeded his tax free allowance.
