If he’s a BBC staffer why is he still on full pay?
BBC Contractual sick pay regs are a maximum of 18 weeks full pay followed by 9 weeks half pay in any 12 month rolling period.
That's the standard contract isn't it? Surely he would have negotiated himself into a better position?
