How often to "swap" deals happen these days?, the answer is very rarely if indeed at all.

It would be stupid of Hughes to let this happen as it would strengthen a potential and perhaps at the moment the biggest rival to our top 4 berth, plain stupidity in my view and I'd be mortified if it happens.

10 mill and petrov for bentley omg this would be crazyness, if we sell petrov surely it would be abroad not to a team who are near us ffs

Thought Bentley played very well under Hughes at Blackburn, He was the supply line for RSC. It's quite clear that Petrov is not gonna play for us again, so I'd be happier as part of a swap deal than having cash in the bank.

Bentley could be a decent member of the squad. I still can't stand Harry 'triffic' Redknapp. How many players is he gonna sniff about at our beloved club over the years. Remember him undermining the start of our season by tapping up Andy 'Andrew' Cole for example

sounds a bad deal on our behalf!! think mh could get the best out of bentley but where the hell would he play???? would have liked to see petrov have a run in the team as he was flying pre-season.cant help but think that his petulance has worn thin on the management team.
