Kidd is the best in the business at what he does as being a Assistant Manager. Look at the countless championships and Cups he has won. He has enough about him for any manager to bounce tatics off with. You need that experience to see how good a set up it will be at the club.
If he goes we need a manager fluent in English and he can assemble his squad together his coaches the lot. As long as he has all the English language to get his point across we should well be fine. You need people like Kidd about the club he knows what it means to be a member of a winning team in Manchester and this is what this new manager well need as his right hand man.

I really hope Kidd stays.

A Manc in charge of the Manchester club albeit temporary. What's not to like.

Kidd is a tactical genius. It'll be interesting how he shapes the team tonight.
