I hope West Ham get relegated.

if they get rid of grant now they have a chance to stay up. dunno who they should get though.

if we beat them i reckon he'll be gone

Jol would be a fantastic appointment for Wham.

I hope they stay up, but lose six points to us over the season.

Thing is, the owners are not WHUFC. They have temporary custody of the club. They will not own it forever whereas the fans, the tradition and the history of West Ham will live on after them.

Most of their fans have wished us well or at least not jumped on the 'City are responsible for Global Warming....blah blah, etc' unlike Villa & Everton fans who have almost imploded at our turnaround. So, starting 18th December I wish them well.

good shout. i forgot he was available now. west ham are a good club and i hope they stay up.

I hope they stay up because they're a good set of fans and i like visiting Upton Park. Unfortunately for them they are extremely poor on the road which means they have to have a very good home record to have any chance of staying up and their home record so far this season hasn't been good enough. Most teams at the bottom will struggle away from home so its a case of making your home games count and it's something West Ham need to sort out, hopefully not tomorrow though

I for one hope they survive as most of my wife's family support them. i even have a west ham coffee mug which was given to me as a present but dont tell anyone-dont think ive ever actually drank out of it, plenty of City cups to enjoy a brew from

I've always got on well with Hammers fans. The ones I know are genuine enough blokes: they never take the piss out of City, on the contrary, they're rather fond of us.
What I like about the fans that I know is that they like to talk football: they like to ask me my views on Mancini, City's chances of winning the Prem, etc. And they absolutely detest all things rag.

Yep. No problem with West Ham at all.

Nooo, not West Ham, they are a proper club, i work with a west ham fan and he is a great person.

cheers lads. Good to hear that the majority here havent drunk too much of the 'we've left you behind' ale...

Always had alot of respect for your lot - we've both been fed a diet of unremiting shit, failure and false dawns- however now it does rather seem that you've kissed the right frog - nothing can go wrong...can it?

be interested to know whether you're any happier than you were- is the football better- the anticipation any better- my lad went chelsea with a pal last week as he had a spare- he said they were bitching and moaning about five minutes in that they hadnt scored, and barely got out of their seats when they did...FUCK THAT!!!

i fear we are going seperate ways- i really cant see a way out our tailspin- unless we get four or five decent players in january ( we wont) or the manager situations changes- Grant actually does something other than claim he is seeing good things and that our luck will change soon ( it wont).

Still-with luck we'll be in the CC final v the gooners in february and might have some silver in the cabinet before you start filling yours!

Rejoice in our mutual hatred of all things rag, be gentle with us tomorrow- and any chance of santacruz, on the cheap, like?!

Haha!

Living daarn saarf I have a lot of mates who support the different London clubs - if you come across a West Ham fan they're generally sound as fuck. Spose it's because like us, they've had nowt to shout about, and no matter what happens will always be looked down upon due to other 'big' clubs in the area.

I personally think they will go down, but I really hope they do stay up. London is a great day out for the blues, would much rather be drinking round some proper places as opposed to some shite in Wigan!
