I like him, but not his tactics. they have been woeful.

Im just hoping he makes an effort this season with pre-match talks, tactics, subs, half-time talks etc etc.

yep.. he seems cannot get his tactics spot on.. I remember that when we win 6-0 against pompey, i thought the next game will be the same.. but then, it shows that he is inconsistent with the results the team gets after that..
