I miss Robinho

Robinho is still one if not the best player at the club,So what if he doesn't track back he's not that type of player.
Ok he went missing away from home last year as did many of the players but with the better players around him i expect him to blossom even more.
And if you dont want to drop Bellamy and Petrov then play him in a floating creative midfield role.
Use him like that then we have cover with Steve Ireland aswell. With Superman not playing aswell as he did last year it might take the pressure off him so he can relax and get fit again

"A floating creative midfield role"?? This is my problem with some fans on here. They appear more concerned about finding a place for Robinho and him being happy than sticking with a successful system with players who are more suited to their roles. You can't put anyone in a Premier League midfield regardless of their skill levels. He's far too lightweight and would get swamped. Look at the work Stevie, someone with a similar build, has had to put in to bring himself up to speed.

We don't owe him a place on the pitch. If he knuckles down and doesn't create problems when he finds himself on the bench then good on the lad. It will be interesting when he's fit.

I can't wait for him to get back to fitness and start to compete for his place. He's a class act. I just hope in his head he's not halfway to Barcelona - that is a concern to be truthful.

Robinho is out of form, Bellamy is on fire. Anyone who thinks Robinho should start simply because he is Robinho needs to stop playing FIFA and get real. No one in football would drop a striker who is in the best form of his life simply on the basis that he is not as big a name as a player who is ATM in poor form, TBH, I think Robinho has been unlucky to be picked on in some matches but Bellamy is earning his place on the pitch at the minute.

People forget that even if Robbie doesn't do much, just him having the ball attracts 2 or 3 players which creates space for the rest.
We have enough players who can chase players down now, lets have some top quality as well.
If he doesn't deliver then bring on Petrov..simples

We already have. If it wasn't for blatant cheating we would still be unbeaten this season and he has played in only a handful of games. The lads who have performed so well own the shirt at the moment and it's up to Robinho to be patient and take his chance.

If there are ANY City fans who think that Robinho will take a warm coat and meekly accept the fact that he is now a squad player, then they need to wake up and smell the coffee. The fact that there are City fans who even think this would be a good idea amazes me. Anyone who doesn't recognize Robinho's class, and isn't desperate to see him team up with the likes of Tevez and Adebayor has my deepest sympathy.

There's no point guessing how he's going to react being on the bench. We'll find out for certain in a month's time.
