Rule: Only post videos/responses to posted videos of us when we were shit. Don't necessarily have to be defeats, just shit. The more obscure the better.

I mean, look at the line-up in this video. That's shit.

I remember it too, and i miss it TBF, it so much easier being midtable. Life is easier.

Now you need to win every game or the weekend becomes one long depression.

Re: I remember when we were shit

Cant find any footage of it (possibly for the best) but I remember us losing 1-0 to Middlesbrough through a Sun Jihai own goal, bad enough in itself without the fact Middlesbrough never had a shot on target the whole game yet still managed to score.

Re: I remember when we were shit

Think the title should be changed, to shit performances. As we have had considerably more shit teams than those on show ! Try the 80's they were difficult times for city fans. But I'd never change. I call it character building !

Re: I remember when we were shit

I remember that Birmingham game, sat among the home fans who were going apeshit at the winner in the 100th minute. Was Fergie the manager of Birmingham at the time? The amount of injury time allowed was incredible.

try watching city when Pearce was in charge. God it was shite.

And generally 2 games came to mind. I think just before we lost to West Ham in the FA cup, Wigan had beaten us, and then there was the time we went to Wigan and lost 4 nil. Absolute shite.

Just seen that Yaya Toure score against us in that video

Wondered whatever happened to him ?

I started going in the early 80's and I don't miss any of it. Gimme what we've got now. I've paid my dues.

This whole ''winning trophies'' malarkey; it takes a while to get used to it, to be honest. After the daily viewing of ''The Goal'', I generally need to go for a lie down to recover. Still not sure how I managed to survive actually being in the ground that day!
