I think I'm addicted to Coke Zero.

Do you know if flavoured sparkling water is ok ? or bad ? or really bad ?
We buy large bottles of carbonated spring water and add these , they are like tea bags but they just have real natural flavours like strawberry, lemon etc. Very refreshing and no chemicals.
Open the bottle, pop 2 inside, leave in fridge for a while and you have very refreshing drink with no additives

Nobody should drink that shit. All those ''ines" are going to fuck up every single organ in your body one way or the other. Black coffee or water, boring as fuck but its a small price to pay to feel healthy as fuck every day

Dunno mate. I will say this. I hate water, rarely drink it, but a few years back I needed to get a grip on my weight. I fasted a couple of days a week, cut out anything containing flour and got into the habit of drinking a glass of water with the juice of a lemon everyday. I shed about 4 and a half stone in about three months. Recently, I needed to lose about half a stone I've put on since stopping the regime so I've been doing the same thing I did last time except the lemon water and it's been a slow slog. I'm gonna go back on the lemon water because I'm convinced it sped up the process. As for carbonated drinks, from what I've read it's not good for the body.

Age is a big thing when it comes to fat loss mate, especially after 50, I got back in decent nick a couple of years ago but it literally rinsed me of the will to live, fish in a spicy watery broth and some veg for a month (oh and a rice cake after training, whoopi Doo!) so don’t rush it, do what you’re comfortable with, and above all, accept you have limitations you didn’t have 10 years ago ;-).

It was 2018. I was 53 and it really wasn't a bind. The only thing was quitting grains in all their forms, but even that wasn't too difficult. I listened to my body, I concentrated on eating to remove hunger rather than eating till I was full. My doctor once told me to eat no more than I could fit into the palms of my hands, which seemed totally logical to me and turned out to be good advice. Plus the advantages to fasting are amazing, or they were for me at least. Hunger is a natural human state that sharpens to wits....Oh and BTW, I reversed the onset of Type 2 diabetes after being told I can't and it wasn't possible by my doctor. When he signed me off from the diabetes and said I no longer had it, he showed no interest in how I did it, I had to prompt him to ask. Go figure.
How are you BTW?

It maybe shite but for me its the best hangover cure in the world! Get a can Diet Coke down you immediately after you get up after a night out or a heavy session and it truly works wonders.
I've moved over to the caffiene free Cokes now. Basically coloured fizzy water but very refreshing.

Hi there everybody peeps, OP here, I've kicked the habit (kicked the habit), shed my skin (shed my skin), this is the new....

After reading the posts and advice on this thread I simply pressed the stop button and binned it off. I was irritable for a few days but I've stopped drinking it and realised that's its bad news.

It's called coke for a reason.

Gone on to Pepsi Max have you?
No, water, sometimes fizzy water, but I've binned it all off after the advice from this thread and my own research.

Fell so much better. Don't think the the kids are happy with dad not coming home every night with vats of coke zero but they'll have to cope with it.
