I think I'm addicted to Coke Zero.

No, water, sometimes fizzy water, but I've binned it all off after the advice from this thread and my own research.

Fell so much better. Don't think the the kids are happy with dad not coming home every night with vats of coke zero but they'll have to cope with it.
You're a better man than me looby, my philosophy is the same as Sheryl Crow's - 'if it makes you happy, it can't be that bad.... aaaa add'

Didn't make me feel happy though, hence me airing my concerns about being addicted to the stuff.

Now, let's discuss Sheryl Crow in a hot tub of coke zero......

Hi there everybody peeps, OP here, I've kicked the habit (kicked the habit), shed my skin (shed my skin), this is the new....

After reading the posts and advice on this thread I simply pressed the stop button and binned it off. I was irritable for a few days but I've stopped drinking it and realised that's its bad news.

It's called coke for a reason.
The benefit is now you’ve got spare cans of toilet cleaner everyone’s a winner
