Always disappointing when people you admire growing up turn out to be bad dickheads. First Le Tissier, now this...

I stopped listening to the opinions of famous people a long time ago, hollywood in particular is leathered with strange people spouting bile and hyperbole it was hard to watch a film without seeing the person and not the part they played.

An example in the music industry is Madonna the child buying stain and Jolie in the film industry, not forgetting Harvey Weinstein and all the people who supported him whilst he was at what he was at.

Brown has an opinion, IMO it's a strange opinion maybe the drugs he has taken or takes has messed too much with his head.

Must have so much spare time on his hands he watches those David Icke videos where it’s 5g that’s causing it

Nice one for that. You can pm me if you want and then I can get all giddy expecting some news about new stuffs.
Yeah no probs. I'd like to meet Ian Brown. Heard most of his solo stuff and my gf has all his albums thanks to me. She loves listening to him. I stand by what I say, he's a good artist song writer and musician. And a rag. Met Manni 2 or 3 times several years ago at a pub he drank in out in the sticks. I asked him why he drank there and he said it was because he was trying to avoid all the fandom and adulation. I just spoke to him like a normal guy, got on pretty well and had a laugh with him. Probably 10 years ago now.

Mani used to drink in the Moor Top in Heaton Moor. My dad was a cabbie and picked him up loads of times and said he was a nice guy.

Mani is the man of the people. I had a beer with him in town at a cooper temple clause gig at the academy 2 in 2003, shook everyone's hand with his left hand i noticed. It blew my mind, he just talked about football and how he was looking forward to Glastonbury with the scream and said city are shit lol I think I said something along the lines of we took 4 points off you last season so who is shit.
I'd love to meet Ian Brown, I'd love to meet reni and squire too, the roses was and still are the soundtrack to my youth and 30 years on the love's still as strong.
