Ian Brown

Must have been due to fall out from the Arndale bombing, because we could walk properly when I were a lad.
It's just lads thinking they're harder than they actually are. That Micky Flannagan guy was going on about Cockneys walking like it too. It's not a Manc thing.

I like How Do You Sleep, Ten Story Love Song and....I can't remember the other one I like from that album. The over the top guitar on the album wasn't welcome mid-90s at the height of rave and all that. Even Brit-Pop avoided too much guitar.
To be fair, I actually think Second Coming has aged pretty well nowadays...........

- Had a couple of shite hits in the 80s making music for people to take drugs to.
- Smokes a lot of weed
- Pioneer of the 'Adidas and weird limp' Manchester swagger walk
- Believes vaccines are a secret plot from a cartel of "elites" designed to control the global population.
But other than that he's ok..?

You're not missing much,
The wearing of adidas and "simian stroll" was around a long time before this wool ****.

In fact he has far from perfected it, too much arm waving and long strides in his mock stroll, the mancunian walk is more a saunter with style.

Nah, it is.
It's an attitude and fuck you, that we Mancs excel at.

The 'rock' guitar was made relevant again with the release of Definitely Maybe.
'Driving South' is a monster tune
