I think you're wrong about Iheanacho's change of pace, he's very quick off the mark in and around the opposition area when he sees a potential opening developing. Most of the time he has to hold back from being caught offside because the general pace of our attacking play is so slow.

Brandon Barker was playing better for City a year ago than Rashford is even capable of. Constantly ignored or just shown the first team by Pellegrini, then ignored.
He, like many others, should have been straight in the squad when he was in his best form & given the chance to burn off a few weary defenders, to boost his confidence. Instead he's been stagnating for a year, standing still in his development. That goes for a whole bunch of others during the tenure of this cowardly man. They hit a barrier (him) & lose their edge.
If Utd had our kids over the past 3 years, everyone from Devante Cole to some of ghe U18s now, would have been in with a shot of a first team appearence. Marcos Lopes would have been playing yesterday alongside George Evans. Denayer would already be known by everyone who watches the Prem.
Nothing to do with 'change of pace' that Iheanacho doesn't play. Unfortunately what it needed was 'change of manager'.

Given Bony's pathetic displays of late it was really astonishing to see him getting the nod yesterday. Tbh I finally give up on the Engineer after this one.He has never once been preferred to Bony at any opportunity this season. Says it all really.
Valid point about the pace regarding RashfordBlue specs off, I'm not convinced about that statement. Rashford has one key attribute that Iheanacho doesn't. A searing change of pace
Well I think he has been sacked. Just in slow motion!!! Not sure an interim would have improved things much as the malaise is more deeply ingrained than most of us thought.Pellegrini must be sacked to give this lad a chance

Wouldn't blame him or his agent one bit for any ''attitude''. How long is he expected to sit out this farce? There are big clubs queuing up to snap him. He's arguably the best young player in the world today, having won MVP at the last FIFA Junior World Cup, playing against the best young talent from Brazil, Argentina, Germany et al. And he's sat on the bench for Wilfred Bony? ...Ii's a travesty if I ever saw one. I actually applaud him for being so patient with Pellegrini the goat.Seems strange he is not being given more game time, I wonder if there is something going on behind the scenes either with his attitude or agent?
