Sad news I hope the club have done the right thing by Yaya and sent him a nice sympathy card and a big bunch of flowers.
 
Very sad news. My thoughts and prayers are with the Toure family. Having lost two people close to me to this bastard disease in the last 12 months I know just how helpless those left behind can feel.

As much as I don't want this to become a debate about that incident, people react differently to these types of situations and erratic or seemingly unreasonable behaviour during difficult (even existentially questionable times) is very common. So, yes, it does put that in perspective, for us.

My condolences to the Toure family.

Might explain why Yaya has looked and sounded off for a while. I hope everyone but the whole cake debate aside now once and for all. More important things in life then perceptions of being slighted.
