I need a couple of high scores with the Law man closing the gap a bit I need a few players to step up to the mark maybe a 100 from Gayle tomorrow will sort me out.
Its best not to put too much emphasis on the tabe at this stage as one player has 7 of his side already completing matchday 3 while another has still to have one player complete his third game, but interesting to see on BBC1NI that a GAA star is teaching the pupils in a South Armagh School cricket.
Great news for all us cricket lovers from Donemana to Cork County.

RTE have gone over board with the coverage of cricket and have gone to some of the schools in Dublin who are promoting cricket in the schools. Was at the school were Eoin Morgan went to as a kid. And they have a cricket team. There hope is to get more schools playing cricket and then hopefully by the next World Cup there will be more Eoin Morgans playing for Ireland. They were also pushing for Ireland to be a Test Nation by then as well.

For what it's worth my all rounders have been shit.

I had 3 or 4 spinners in initially and I wish I had kept them in or at least had the foresight to pick Afridi. When I wrote that I wasn't classing Al Hasan as a specialist spinner.

After Malinga destroyed them yesterday I was hoping for a half decent day from Kallis and Smith but once again not to be.

Very disappointing but i've got too many players not producing.

We all knew the rules going in before hand. If your player has been injured/shit, then bad luck I suppose.

I would have liked a similar system to the Ashes one, where you pick X amount of players, but only some of them score. Say a squad of 15 like each team has.

But no complaints about this.

Shahid Afridi is a boss.

Not really, playing shite, selectors fault, injury no ones fault.
