My Dad went to that match in 1934 against Stoke, aged 10.

The crowd was officially 84,569, and he told me he went there on his bike, leant it against a lampost at Maine Road, (unlocked) and it was there when he got back after the match.

Nowadays the bike and the lampost would have gone........:)

The Kippax (or popular side) and the Platt Lane look awesome in that picture.
 
Kompany sitting on his backside with his legs either side of the goalpost and his arms in the air after City scored (vs the rags? Arsenal?) at the Etihad last season. Sheer joy on his face.

Not sure if he does requests or if he just paints what he wants and sells them on but if you search his post history he has done some crackers.
