You cant be liable for an item that is against Ebays terms and conditions. You cant sell football tickets on there.

Im gobsmacked my mrs couldnt attend so i sold it for 50 that was 10pound for coach seat and 40 ticket how can ppl do this i`m ashamed

while technically yes we bid up to such high amounts last night that every item we bid on got flagged immediately on ebays servers and as soon as a human looks at the auction its an illegal act to sell the ticket and gets taken down
