I reported it mate, probably should have let a 15k bid go in though with hindsight would have been more fun him not realising he was part of a Bluemoon sting operation.

All she needs to do is pick an amount around £400 which may be genuine and offer a second chance offer to that bidder and do a deal outside of eBay. She has the list of who has bid what amount so will be really easy to do.
