As soon as a penalty is awarded, the team conceding the penalty have 8 seconds to vacate the area. Any outfield player in the box after that time gets a yellow card.
The keeper has 5 seconds to be stood on his line. None of this winding up the penalty taker by walking up to him nonsense. If he leaves his line before the kick is being taken, yellow card.

From my playing days I love the gamesmanship aspect of these situations. It’s great trying to get inside opponents heads to get that advantage.

It's the keepers going walkabout in the box, just wastes time. They can do the Grobbelar shaky legs routine to get at the penalty taker - even Pickford was pulling faces at Haaland and it worked the other week, but was done so on the line.
