We have tried to gain success in the past by bringing players through the youth team then into the first team but when, as a club, you have no money the wealthier clubs just come and buy them.
Don't these fools realise this is exactly what teams in the lower leagues try to do but eventually have to sell to balance the books.
Since the Premier League started, the rich clubs are at the top, the poor clubs at the bottom, end of.
