If we're in a cup final, why would I give a flying feck about the rags?

Sing about them when we play them - after that forget them.

The biggest insult will be that we aren't thinking about them.
Apart from possibly in the Ark Now Here song which is a City staple chant and is sung at every game, I will never mention the words "United" or "Rags" on a cup final or semi-final day. It would be great if just every now and again people could just go a day without mentioning them fucking scummy cunts! For me too many froth at the mouth with far too much excitement at any mention of the words "United" or "Rags", some people are fucking obsessed with them. I'd much rather sing about my team, City!

I agree with a lot of the sentiments of ignoring them being the greatest insult; justwanted to see what others thought. However, it certainly is entertaining watching the wheels come off their big red bandwagon!!

yesterday I went up to a rag and asked him how his team's doing etc...of course he was plastic, had no idea his team had lost that day to palace, just walked away with a huge grin. ignorance is bliss for more than one apparantly?!

Says it all , really

A few pages late, but I was just trying to make a little joke about the Rags finishing out of the Top 4 this year. Clearly I was mistaken, but my intent was harmless.

I think City fans paraded around the pitch at half time with a banner wishing Palace good luck agains the Rags
Yep you're right they did. Found the goals:

Not a bad strike for their second!

I was at this game. The message was paraded at half time round the pitch and clapped by the whole ground.
I have a vague memory of disappointment that we could have finished above the rags had we won this game.

As people have already mentioned why on earth would we want to sing about them?

I doubt you would hear any chants about Brighton from the Palace fans.
