If dinosaurs had human intellect, do you think a left handed T-Rex could use scissors if they had been invented?

A triceratops could, if it wanted, put one hole of the scissors onto one of its horns, and put a claw into the other scissor hole.
It would obviously only be able to see with one eye what it was cutting but, providing that it wasn't carrying out very intricate work, it should be able to do a reasonable job
