If the rot continues what happens ?

Daft as it sounds we need to get to 40+ points to be safe!
Not sure we can beat Salford atm?
As of right NOW; it's not as daft as it seems when you see it in print in front of you. Usually, 37/38 pts will see a team safe. We're currently on 27 pts, so we need around 11-12 pts. Which we probably will get. Anyone care to name me the games we'll get them in?

Let’s be honest 5 points from last 36 is relegation form.

They give us a -15 due to the charges (let’s be honest - it’s not outside realm of possibility) and with our current form is becomes a dogfight
Dog fight?

We’d go down quicker than Salah on a breezy day.

Stop putting untrue words in my mouth, I was supporting City through the dark days when we got relegated to the third tier, I have been critical but this season has been difficult for the reasons I mention, and I don’t have a horse by the way. Enjoy your Christmas, glad I’m not spending it with you.
What a way to skirt the question....

Glad you're off that high horse before the holidays, you are welcome

all potential top class, ill give you tevez

LMFAO. Debruyne came over as player of the league in Germany and Haaland was the most ruthless player on the planet. That is not potential. Complete opposite.I could go on, Yaya, Silva, Gundo, Walker, Stones, Mahraz, Dzeko, etc etc

He should tear these players a new one after that shocking performance during which they mostly failed to even do the basics.
I doubt he has it in him. Didn’t have the look of a man about to rip into the players or read the riot act. Both manager and players look absolutely lost at the moment.

Why should they take notice? He's of in two years and Erling won't be dropped, so we start with 10 men in every game

Anyone who thinks Pep would be sacked is absolutely deluded. The season is already gone and bringing in a new manager at this point wouldnt change the fact that too many of our players are absolutely washed up.

The fact the "rot" has gone this long sadly shows me that few if any give a fuck

for the first time I now am thinking other teams are working harder than City…… that never happened before.

So I ask myself do these look like they are fighting with every ounce they have to grind out a result for Pep ?

And the answer I come up with is …. No they don’t

And that’s the biggest concern

all potentially world class ,that most have proved to be,but not signed as such.

Just said watching the latest debacle - for the first time in 9 seasons I genuinely feel we've been "found out" and we don't have a solution.
Just a gut feeling mind

He kissed both Bernardo & Gundo as they left the pitch, he's not going to rip into them because what they have achieved but fuck me where do we go now ?

Bullshit. Every club was in for both Debruyne and Haaland. For simple reasons.. they were two of the best players on the planet when we signed them.

This can't be true. If he has lost the players, he has no choice but to fall on his sword. There's no coming back from it, we're not sacking all the players.

It's interesting to watch him at the moment. This would be a completely foreign feeling for him as a manager and he looks a tad bewildered by it all.

Just got to keep ploughing on.

Some soft fuckers in our support need to toughen the fuck up.

I reckon too many football fans think being a football fan is about taking the piss out of workmates and family members and having things to laud over them if they support a rival club. Then when the tables turn they can’t fucking take it when their workmates and family members have something to take the piss back over.

But being a football fan isn’t about any of that shit. It’s about supporting your team and manager, who aren’t just there to serve these sort of fans with something to have some reflected glory about.

The rot is continuing and we’ve just got to get behind the players (each one of them!) and manager and get through it.
