It's a difficult decision but I'd also lean towards keeping Mancini.

Really, who would guarantee progress? Newsflash to the Mourinho lovers, he is not doing a great job at Real. Not only are they less entertaining than they were, they are worse off than under Pellegrini a year before and Mourinho is causing a lot of tension in the club.
Meanwhile, Louis Van Gaal is dropping his pants in front of his players and showing them his genitilia to prove his point as his Bayern Munich side sit 14pts behind Dortmund in 3rd (Europa League spot).

Hiddink? 3 wins, 3 losses since taking over Turkey.

See thats not true as Real were 2nd this time last year in La Liga, were not in the final of the cup due to being embarrased by a div 2 team and not that we knew about to get knocked out of CL. SO worse off as you put it is actaully better off. But you know stats ruin arguments

I am a huge supporter of Mancini, but if he cant get this team into top four he probably should be sacked.

I still think he will get us champions league football though.

though really (and I know I started this thread), who would leave? Mario would defo be out, Tevez would (but not because of Mancini leaving, but because it'd have been a third straight year without CL football). Yaya? No one could afford him. Silva, Kompany, NDJ would all stay without a complaint, probably.

Well, Real are 7pts behind Barcelona and have dropped 12pts in a 2-team league.

If Real were to win ALL 17 remaining games (including vs. Barcelona), unlikely as it seems, left in the league this season they would still only finish with 6pts more than when Pellegrini was in charge. Face it, Mourinho is failing badly to do half of what he was brought in to - unseat or at least keep up with Barcelona. Not only that, but his team isn't as entertaining to watch as Pellegrini's was, which is one thing Real fans demand - entertainment. The league is gone, he's still in the Champions League so lets see if he can win that to compensate? Hey, he might get the Copa del Rey though, I'm sure that'll appease Perez. ;)

Barcelona are the best team in the world by a mile.

We would be mad to pass up the opportunity of getting Mourinho if he would come.

It should however be on the basis that he has to work with what he has with maybe the addition of 2 or 3 new players not 6 or 7.

Mourinho attracts players.

I'd stick with him, took Fergietwat 3 years to achieve something at Man Ure.

In all fairness to Bobby though its not his fault his players aren't doing what's instructed the guy damn near looses his voice every other game barking orders at them whilst they haplessly stand there with their arms spread open looking at each other.
