Same choice I would make for city. Literally think those three are the best possible buys you could make for the positions you need strengthening, but you are joking if you think you could get them for anything like 50 million.

Witsel=23 million
Hummels=25 million +
Gotze=30 million+

That's not even taking into account the trouble you would have convincing them to come to you.

With 50 million realistically would go for

Jovetic=15 million
Agger=20 million
Witsel/Moutino=23 million

Would be 8 million over and Agger most likely cost a lot more so would be tempted to for Vermaelen instead of Agger.
