Does anyone else think Michael Dawson would be a useful addition seeing as he is available for around 9 mil. On his day he is as good as if not better than Lescott, is a lot better than Kolo and Savic. He is also prem proven and would be excellent in a 3-5-2.

So is Daniel Agger tbf, I just think at the price quoted and providing he can pass his medical I think he would be a great addition.

Figure in the Rodwell fee and we've spent about 50m if I've done the math right. Sell Dzeko for about 25m, add that to the AJ and Adebayor money and we've improved despite spending only about 10m. Spend some of the money we saved on DDR to hand NDJ and Silva new contracts for whatever money they want, within reason of course.
