Milner has been playing exclusively as a winger for the last couple of months, can he no longer play in central midfield?
Garcia played a couple of games in CB, can he no longer play as a defensive midfielder?

But, he must be mindful now that Modric is a flop and there has been criticism of his style of business in Spain, including Perez.
In fairness Bale has been the best player at spurs for 2 seasons now and Modric is a good player who hasn't really been given a chance at Madrid
Im not sure 14 starts in all competitions is exactly plenty of chances. Also im not sure how Levy can be blamed for Modric not fitting in to La Liga or RM that is for the player and the club to know not him. Modric has been given a plenty of chances. No excuse. He may be a wonderful player, but he just does not fit in in La Liga and RM.

Oh come on, Levy should have known of course that Modric would struggle in Spain. It was not his concern if he succeeded or totally failed, after all.
14 games are enough to judge if he is a flop or not. After all, he is a 35 mil player, not a 3mil squad player.
