If you were offered one trophy, which would you choose?

For me this season it would be the champions league, had we been in a fight with Utd or the scousers for the title it would be the premier league, i can live with Arsenal winning it.
Same here, they are the lesser of the three red evils, and regarding Arsenal as a cloob,I love what they did with Highbury, preserving the main stand into apartments and the old pitch as gardens. Whereas Maine Road is now tatty housing populated by scallies in Rag tops.

League is our bread and butter and the most important trophy to us each and every single year... however we need that CL, for us, for Pep and for the likes of KDB, Gundo, Bernardo, who have experienced getting so close and missing out. It's time to get the monkey off our backs and shut all the sad cunts up who like to remind us we don't have one yet.

The Castle isn’t a footy pub and hasn’t been for a long time.

It’s a tiny music venue and quiet pint with a newspaper sort of place.

I don’t blame them for dissuading football fans from congregating in there.

The same guys own Gullivers over the road which is a lot more football friendly.
Funny because Gullivers did the same thing.

We're not talking a huge rendition of bluemoon or who the fuck are Man Utd by hundreds of blues. It was a handful of blues who were extremely happy after what they had just witnessed.

It's a pompous pub for pompous people.

Premier League all day for me.

I don't get my knickers in a twist about the 'Champions League' and whether we've won it or not. I leave that to the plastics that 'support' other clubs. I love the trips and some of the football you see on display but it's a huge corporate jolly that I feel very little affection for.

hunting down Arsenal and another final day of the season Premier League champions game would be fucking phenomenal.

I just wouldn't bother going into the Castle to try and celebrate it this time around. Miserable cunts.

Weird **** you are.

Why's that bellend?

LOL

I've been going in there for years. Wouldn't call the staff or clientele pompous at all.

I've been in Gulliver's and sang City songs countless times as well.

Both lovely pubs run by great staff in my experience.

But each to their own.

(wouldn't call Gulliver's lovely before they were taken over by the Castle guys of course..it was full of angry smack heads before then..!)

Both pubs threatened blues with being escorted out for being happy that we'd just won the league in dramatic circumstances. I've not bothered going in the Castle since. If that's a pub being ran by great staff then indeed, each to their own.

Never been a fan of Gullivers and both score pretty low on the beer front.
