Weird how some people see the game. I'm not saying you're wrong, but personally I think he's a great option to have, especially away from home where we need to exercise a bit more control over the game. As much as KDB creates, he also loses the ball a lot. Same goes for Sterling. That he slows down our attacking play significantly allowing the opposition to all comfortable get back in place before he does his usual sideways pass. Or his temper getting him sent off or picking up stupid yellows. He doesn't play well under Pellers at all, he doesn't create as much as Sterling or KDB, he doesn't Defend as much as either, he isn't as fast as either... he can pass backwards though, if thats what we're really missing.
Nasri allows the full team to gain territorial advantage by slowing the play down. He allows our full backs to advance and he operates in the half spaces in the opponents half, something that only Silva really does effectively.
Away from home especially, we need more reliable control over the game. Sterling and De Bruyne, when not creating, can be pretty careless in possession and we end up creating a lot of transitions where Yaya is borderline useless and the defenders don't know who to track or where to run.
Also, since we don't really pack the penalty area at any point, I don't see the obsession with fast paced direct football.
