Fernandinho is good at it, if he were better at it though he wouldn't have to make as many tactical fouls as he does, he often has to do it because he's been caught out positionally.

He does it to stop fast breaks from the opposition, usually from within their half when most of our players are out of position - not because of the piece of fiction you just wrote.

Dihno is quicker (maybe was) , more athletic. A better defender and more aggressive.

Not the only way but letting players go past you when all else has failed then i expect them all to take one for the team
