Im in exactly the same boat, booked on TC trip but got bumped off as ony had 3700 points and couldnt find a cheap enough and reasonable way to get to get to Hamburg with only a weeks notice.
I appreciate that TC cant lay on unlimited planes to Hamburg, but the word is they are taking fewer planes than Shalke.
Hopefully people from the club read this and lessons will be learnt. They need to sell the official trip by points allocation rather than let everyone book at once, think they are going tp Hamburg and then say a week before sorry mate no room for you. Even though there are plenty of tickets left.
Its only a business decision for them regarding planes ect, its a hell of a lot more important to the fans who dont get to go.
Hope everyone has a good time though in Hamburg and lets pray for a semi final trip, that will be better organised.

Sounds to me like thomas cook's in the shit.
Everything seems rushed & i'm afraid we need some professional organisation,way to much stuff is guesswork.

im also in same boat had 3800 points and registered with thomas cook soon as trip came out . they let me know friday that no place on plane for me , to late to book anything else as everthing else is out my price range now.so my advice would be dont book on thomas cook unless your high up points system .
