I like the Confederation cup when any of our players are playing & I love tennis (not Murray though) so I'm sorted but I must have a read of this Cisco Kid thread!! I used to love watching that programme when I was a child so it will be good to see which channel is bringing it back. ;-)

I am sat here nodding in agreement like a Churchill dog on crystal meth.
I think some folk reckon that hating all other sports makes them a bigger football fan.
It doesn't - it just makes them incredibly boring bastards.

I am really enjoying the break from football (and so is the Mrs)
I love the golf,Ascot,going Haydock Park, doing the gardening,spending time with my kids instead of just worrying about the next city match.
Some people should try it. I am always maxed out on football by the time May comes and lover summers with no tournaments etc.
Much more to life than football (between May and August anyway)!!

I am generally a fan of most sports. I used to play a lot of tennis and tend to get caught up in "wimbledon fever". I don't mind watching cricket, the Ashes being the one that I am particularly interested in. Not really a huge fan of rugby. Nothing compares to football for me. This lack of football is seriously driving me mad. Thank god for the confederations cup which has actually been very entertaining.
