I'm thinking it is corrupt

Well, maybe I have more maturity than you do.

One things for sure, I don't get so wound up by football that I generalise an entire group of supporters in the insulting manner that you have done.

Some of my best friends are City fans, and I see no reason to behave like that.

Well, if that's the case, I fear for you out there in the real world.

In the real world, if you act like a **** you get called a ****.

If that comes as a surprise to you, you better stay indoors for a while.

I enjoy debating with rival fans - it's part of what football is about. If I want to talk about United, I tend to do with with my mates - offline.

I don't understand people who can't be mature enough just to debate a point.
I don't think your condescending manner helps nor do the insults.

If you cannot see that you lot get many, many more decisions for than against then you are not worth debating with.

Every rag I know admits this.

Got any proof for that?

You call me condescending for not replying an insult with another insult?

Of course it's my fault... yes, that makes perfect sense.

I'd be happy debating a point with any supporter, red, blue or other.

But when I'm called silly and deluded for my opinions then the time for adult discussion is probably over.

It's laughable that you're now crying about being insulted on a website, you've done nothing but insult the views of blues in this thread since you started posting.

Naive it is then.

I've got mates who are rags and we discuss football very sensibly and eruditely.

Still doesnt mean that I'd go onto Rag Cafe at a time when they're all steaming and look down my nose at them in a condescending manner then be surprised when I recieve some grief.

moomba - there's no doubt in my mind that you behave the way you do because you're behind a computer screen.

Lucky for me that I don't really care what doubt you have in your mind.

I've also got no doubt that you wouldn't go up to someone in a pub that you've just met and call them silly and deluded and immature for expressing an opinion they have.

moomba

Picture the scene - you're talking to a United fan in a pub and you tell him what you've said on here, about decisions.

He says 'don't be silly, we have loads go against us' or something similar.

You think it's acceptable to call him a ****?

Of course, you won't now admit that you're wrong because you're on a forum, and very few people ever do. But the above shows that you have badly overreacted on here.

Let me know if you want to return to the actual debate, rather than continue this petty exchange.

-- Tue Mar 27, 2012 10:09 am --

Lucky toma

You make it sound like I've entered a room.

I'm doing other things, but I thought I could log on and debate last night's decision, in the context of whether it shows some sort of conspiracy.

I don't think there's anything wrong with that, so maybe we should agree to disagree. One things for sure, calling people cunts and twats is unnecessary.

Dropped points:

Fulham 2-2 - 2 nil up and WE fucked it up. We should have left with 3 points but we let them back in the game. Can only blame ourselves for this.

Liverpool 1-1 - Difficult game. An unfortunate own goal gave Liverpool their goal. Another debatable sending off for Balotelli didn't help. Draw probably a fair if not unlucky result.

Chelsea 1-2 - At 1 nil up we should have been given a penalty but the ref didn't give it, but then did give them a 'dodgy' penalty. Clichy sent off for two debatable yellows. Ref lost us the game. Clattenberg.

West Brom 0-0 - We had the chances to win the game, we didn't take them. The first of many teams to 'park the bus'. This result probably inspired a lot of other teams to do the same in the future.

Sunderland 0-1 - Another game of missed opportunities. We created enough to win the game but were very unlucky in front of goal. The scored a last minute off-side goal. Certainly robbed of 1 point dropped if not 3.

Everton 0-1 - A text book 'Park the Bus' performance from Everton. We created very little but should be beating teams like this. Our fault for the loss, performance just wasn't good enough.

Swansea 0-1 - Outplayed by a team who simply 'wanted it more'. No complaints.

Stoke 1-1 - They scored a 1 in a 100 go in goal, (which always seem to go in against us ala Wooney's shin overhead). Another disappointing performance from the ref who wasn't strong enough. Howard Webb.

We should have had penalties at Everton and Swansea. Then there's the Balotelli factor - not above being daft at times, but in the PL opponents rarely get a yellow card for fouling him. Yet he comes on as a sub at Lisbon and within ten minutes three opponents have had yellow cards for fouling him.

We had a perfectly good goal disallowed at WBA & a penalty given against us at Swansea when there was no contact (although that didn't change the outcome). We should have been playing v ten much of the game v Stoke.

Basically out of 8 away games, we have been shit on by refs in 6 of them. In the meantime Utd have had a whole host of favourable decisions at absolutely crucial times. Some correct, some dreadfully awfully wrong.

Vinny's red card in the cup shouldn't be forgotten either in that it meant Savic appearing & ruining our whole team set up. We also got shafted by refs in the cup v Liverpool, twice. What kind of effect can it have on a team's confidence when you get shit on by officials in most of the games you play, over a period of months, during the most crucial period ? This after being shafted out of the Champion's League by the ref in Munich avoiding giving two pens. (Bayern are the Utd of Germany).

This shit isn't going to even out. No chance. It will just be forgotten, whether we win the league or not, unless one crucial decision goes againt them, in which case, it will be talked about for 50 years as costing them the league.
