Now thats totally different. He's a boyhood liverpool fan and they matched his 6m clause if a CL team offered it. Not many players turn Liverpool down when you are a lifelong fan and they play CL football.

From that I take it that it is your view that if Liverpool where to place a bid in today for Bellamy that of the two, even with Hughes as our manager, he would choose the Liverpool bid first?

Find me the quote where he states he wants to play for Spuds. Not one which is 'arrys jurno mates taking a guess.

Or maybe the spuds thing was bullshit? I always find it funny how people believe certain bits of journalism and not others, i suppose it's what you want to believe.

I think having been their already and Torres and Keane there now. I think he would choose City yes.

Bellamy is not good enough for City. He is not a good squad player and is trouble. He is also injury prone. He may be playing well at the moment but that is because he is trying to impress City because he wants to move and collect the money. Will he have the same enthusiasum to give 100% during each game when he has signed? He is also injury prone just like a lot of our squad at the moment. I have seen Bellamy play quite a few games and most of the time he is shite and whilst that may seem rather critical it is a fact. He is a very average team player and I am gutted that MH is looking for this type of player. I will not rant on about how MH is not good enough but this just confirms that fact that our manager is after the wrong players. This signing will piss me off big time.

To use your words! get a grip!!!!(and frankly I don't hold the FACT that Bellamy would pick other clubs ahead of us against him, it simply is what it is). My only issue was that because Villa wouldn't pick us as, with better options out there that goes for almost every player in football.
