Individual Match Tickets

There might be a difference between I phone and android here , but for me on android I had to press show code and hold this in the turnstile to unlock the gate.

I had a seasoncard transferred to me for the Newcastle game last weekend, and it had the "show code" option on the bottom....




Oddly enough, I didn't have to actually reveal the code. The ticket had this symbol symbol at the top of it....

and the scanner at the turnstile read that okay, once I took the phone out of it's cover.

Thanks, Yes I do .. it doesn’t have a ‘show code’ option tho. I notice on the website video no QR codes are shown, and the example ticket looks like mine, just shows entrance, block, row, seat details.. and ‘Hold Near Reader’. So do I need it to display QR code? Thanks for your help.

I’ve got it! I had checked that Pass Details and it wasn’t there, still isn’t just a list of details now. However I downloaded the Citizens Official Member thing, added to my wallet. Went to Tesco, and the QR code is now showing against the Pass Details for the Citizens Member. So thanks for your help.. it was so useful, really appreciate your help @Stephen230 I got there. Up the blues !!

I’ve got a season card so don’t really buy individual match tickets . I’m looking after buying a ticket for my son for one of the upcoming games but all sold out . Is it that hard these days to get tickets? I keep checking periodically hoping for people sending tickets back but no look

Have you got a Cityzens memberahip for your son? You wont be able to get one unless you have, there's quite a few available for Fulham on Saturday.

Demand was already high last season but it's gone through the roof since we won the treble and, in particular, the Champions League. It was still possible for season ticket holders to buy extra tickets for certain league games last season if they appeared online via the ticket exchange and you were quick enough. A mate of mine did this for the Fulham home game and snapped up odd tickets here and there in the South Stand as they appeared for some of his German friends and American relatives of his wife who were over for their wedding, but from what I can tell a season ticket holder can't buy extra this season and any that do appear need to be bought by someone with a valid membership. Basically, it's 1 ticket per member and no extras for seasoncard holders.

yes you just transfer the ticket to yourself via family and friends and you download it onto ur phone. So you have both tickets on phone and take whoever you want and scan them in
