Individual Match Tickets

Been thinking that for a while now. A club of our size can't possibly be this incompetent off the pitch without meaning to be. Even at the silly prices they're making the process as difficult as possible and there's a theme emerging here.

Not re-selling the tickets they get back for the bigger games on the exchange (for which it was originally intended for).

Trying to prise ST holders onto Silver and then fobbing them off for even thinking of returning to Gold.

The free for all ticket releases for games like Madrid.

Ticket points that are effectively meaningless.

Now we have the 'Planned Maintenance' when the tickets go on sale to the common folk.

It's like they want us all to get pissed off and fuck them off altogether. This is no longer 'our' club it's theirs and they're only too keen to keep reminding us.
Bang on. They are aggressively targeting 'customers' who they think will spend the most for the marquee fixtures, and directing non-ST holding fans to the odd FA Cup game, while using underhand tactics to do it. We thought they bought a club, they thought they bought a brand.

I'm thinking being a Burnley fan might better/easier. Don't need CL, been there done that, seen us lift it. Will save on the expense of long cup runs. I think parking around the stadium is still possible. And I believe they have better pies as well !

I suspect they may have suspended sales, and reload us all again at 11am. So many issues. Queueing forever for individual match tickets, friends and family with valid memberships not showing as valid members, requirement to have downloaded a mobile pass before purchase can be completed, site crashing. It always looked like a bad idea, and so it turned out. Who could have predicted.....

I assume my place in the queue stopped moving because tickets had sold out
