Individual Match Tickets

Bought Newcastle and Fulham at home whilst they're in my basket. Rejoined the queue for other low key games.

Despite having a decent points tally I've accepted I won't be going to last home game or any of the big five. Absolutely shite.
 
I have somehow managed to get tickets for two games as I had them in the basket pre system melt down though took about 45 mins to get them paid for given the errors and issues on the site. Shambles, typical City!
 
Thankfully I don't need to buy individual tickets but I feel for everyone trying to today. This is a repeat of the almighty fuck up when relocations into SS3 opened at 9am on a Saturday. Having logged in early the site collapsed bang on 9 and only worked intermittently all day. Somehow or other I got a seat but only had it confirmed the next day.

The club don't give a shit and won't spend to upgrade the system

The errors are the system trying to catch up, if you get them to the basket just stick with it.
 
This is hard work to say the least. You expect it to be busy but the infrastructure has got to be able to cope with it better than this…
I actually had the chance to get two tickets for Brighton as I clicked on “beat seats together” button.

Like the daft **** I am I thought that’s good but I’ll see if I can get tickets in a preferred stand only to get put in a queue showing ‘over an hour’

Fucked up badly.
