Individual Match Tickets

The reality is that probably for the first time in the club’s entire history, even run of the mill games have far more people wanting to attend than the ground’s capacity.

Whereas it would be nice in a perfect world, if a casual fan could just rock up last minute to see a game. I think that would be unfair on someone who’s paid for a membership and hasn’t managed to get a ticket.
Can't say I agree.
Am saying non-members should be able to buy at the last minute - not ahead of members at all.
This policy will lead to empty seats WITH people willing to buy tickets not being able to.
It doesn't help the ticket holder that can't go at the last minute, and people's circumstances can change.
The CLUB does not lose. I don't see what this does FOR any fan, whether member, ST holder, or not.

I suspect the club want the message to be understood that without a membership you have zero chance of ever picking up a ticket for any City home game, bought through the club.

If that means a few people don’t shift their ticket on the exchange for a less popular game, so be it.

I may be wrong but I don’t think any home game went past one member, one ticket last season.
Leeds did last year for sure, but yeah like you said could be a one-off.

It’s irrelevant when tickets go on sale. Whether it’s the start of the season. A couple of weeks before. Or the morning of a game. If paid up members who are after a ticket, see non members being allowed to nip in ahead of them before they’ve had chance to buy, they’ll be pissed off.

And where the club may lose out is those members might well start questioning whether it’s worth renewing the following season, if they’ve only got an equal chance as a non member of picking up a last minute ticket.

You're right what you pay is determined by the amount declared by City, £35. But the value of the items delivered ( City card, badge and water bottle) is less than that. I guess it's just something, sadly, you wil have to suck. Had City said the items were worth £10 for example you would pay VAT on £10 plus the service charge. TBH you could, should you wish, decline the delivery. Unfortunately you can't win in this situation.

And that's what was put on the customs declaration...

For the individual tickets bought on Cityzens memberships ... has anyone been able to request mobile tickets or PAH (print-at-home) tickets for a game? For smaller games, they had already sent out the mobile tickets even for the ones that are later in the season, but for bigger games (like Newcastle one coming up on Saturday) it's only available on the mobile pass. So if I can't make it now, I can't pass it to a friend etc. or someone here (as if I do that, they'd have my mobile pass, not just one mobile ticket - and then all future big game tickets will automatically get loaded on that pass so it's really if I trust someone to not use those is whom I can give it to now). They really want us to return the tickets (for all big games) back ONLY to them if we can't make it anymore!

I didn't understand the difference, if there is one, between mobile ticket and mobile pass - i have bought a member ticket for Sat, but no idea how the club intend to 'deliver' it to me...?
