Funny how Arsenal have been suffering so badly, and yet its barely mentioned that we have injuries in the media.

cleavers:
I think thats mainly because our injuries are always relatively minor/soft tissue types.

broken bone, torn ligament etc are easier to report on, and there's generally a timetable for return to talk about.
-sore calfs, and that sort are always Day-to-Day types of things, so MP can't say "player XYZ has a _____ and will be out for 2 months" it's usually "Player XYZ has a nagging issue with his ____ and will be working on the issue and his return to fitness over the next few days or weeks, depending on how it goes"

And no doubt Liverpool now as well who are suffering badly. When we have injuries the attitude from other fans and the media is that we should cope so get on with it. Other clubs get a degree of sympathy.
