So I take it the insurance company refused to pay out so we’ve decided to play him with one leg?

"I think he will dictate how he feels, he nas been out for four months and needs time so it is not like he can immediately play 90 minutes. What is important is he has not had any setbacks during his time out and that is incredibly good."

I Said when Laporte got injured that Stones could make a case to nail down a future Laporte/ Stones first choice combination However due to injuries and inept performances Stones has yet to become the safe strong reliable Centre-half we paid £50 Million quid to Everton He has had maybe one or two promising runs in the side followed by long term injury I Feel Pep will be losing patience and looking to recoup something towards our summer recruitment

i have been a supporter of stones , but given his failure to stay fit + maintain form- think Laporte/ Garcia is the way forward

Maybe but he'll have plenty of time now to reclaim his place. It will be much easier for him alongside Laporte.

When Kompany was at his best, he made players who played alongside him better, or was able to form a partnership better than its component parts.
