I think he means the second best team in the PL there has been not the clubs record over 30 yearsSecond best team???? One title in 30 years paints a very differnt picture.
He is correct

I would agree with that but one change for me.....Jesus starts instead of Grealish. I think Jesus closes down better, which we may need in the first part of the game and keep their back line under pressure. Sterling and Foden to get some joy out wide. Bring on Grealish after 60-70 mins to run at them when hopefully they're a bit knackered. Dias I'd love to play, but first game back after a hamstring??....not sure. Mahrez is a good option to bring on in the latter stages too. Guess we'll see....Ederson
Cancelo
Stones
Laporte
Ake
Bernardo
Rodri
Gundogan
Sterling
Foden
Grealish
Jesus is a certain starter imo after not playing in the CL and also the fact he played well against them last weekend. That's what I'd go for except maybe Dias to come in instead of Laporte if he's fit enough.
However, I suspect Jesus may well play instead of Foden and possibly Laporte or Stones (or both if Dias is fit) to sit this one out with Ake moving to CB and Zinchenko coming in at LB. Steffen will also probably be in goal.
Agreed. 5 goals in 7 games against the dippers us he had a full weeks rest.Jesus is a certain starter imo after not playing in the CL and also the fact he played well against them last weekend.
But if it wasn't for the best team in the history of the PL, they'd maybe be about to win their 4th title in 4 years... so he has a point
Sounds promising too
Correct. When I watched the highlights, the play where Gundogan hit the post and then missed the follow-up header had Felipe leaving his mark on KDB. I suspected that was where the injury came from though he didn't leave the pitch until much later. That would be from Felipe cleaning him out in the box which the ref and var completely ignored.
Great news it's just stitches.
I think KDB would have been on the bench regardless of the stitches, just due to the exertion in the last few matches. Walker probably would have started though.I wouldn't be shocked to see them both play tomorrow... or at least be on the bench
They travelled straight from Madrid to London so will probably be with the squad anywayDo injured players normally travel? Despite reports, they both might be available? KDB on the bench would be a massive boost.
Kev on the bench would give us fans a massive boost and send the scousers worrying a littleDo injured players normally travel? Despite reports, they both might be available? KDB on the bench would be a massive boost.
I’d suggest no injury to any of our players is great news ; pAn impact injury is great news. Hopefully he's back for Brighton.

Considering it could of being a lot worse and ruled him out for the remainder of the season I'll happily take a few stitches :)I’d suggest no injury to any of our players is great news ; p
In the scheme of things it is great newsI’d suggest no injury to any of our players is great news ; p
I know mate, was just pulling your leg pal :)Considering it could of being a lot worse and ruled him out for the remainder of the season I'll happily take a few stitches :)
Agreed, hence my post finishing with a ; pIn the scheme of things it is great news
We thought Kev was fucked over big time again and miss the rest of the season
It would be worth having him there just as a119min sub for the penalty shoot outKev on the bench would give us fans a massive boost and send the scousers worrying a little
