Not ruled Walker out yet.Who the hell is going to play full backs? Zin at left back but god knows who will play rb.
That’s the big hope. Not ruled Walker out yet.
He had a long chat with someone from the medical team and then they brought him an ice pack straightaway. According to the PL website Ake has an ankle injury and John Boy has a muscle injury, not sure where they got that from thoughHe didn’t go down the tunnel for treatment, sat on the bench
He'd stretched to keep the ball in play facing 109 then was feeling his hammy a bit right afterwards.Stonesey didn’t look too concerned as he went off. Hopefully just a precaution
I’d be more surpised if Walker doesn’t play v Madrid. Pep has said he was touch and go for last night and I reckon they have Tuesday nights game in mind. If needed he will have an injection and play as he will be vital
I have a hard time believing Pep will play Walker vs Madrid if he can’t get minutes against WatfordThat's my feeling too. Saving him for Real. Dias being back is a huge positive for us though. He came on, crunched a tackle and drove us forwards and we looked a miles better side. Laporte and Stones can often just predictably pass it around but Dias has that drive to make something happen.
Not much has been made of his injury but it is no different to Liverpool losing Van Dijk in terms of his leadership and passion on the pitch.
Fern can do a job thereWho the hell is going to play full backs? Zin at left back but god knows who will play rb.
Cancelo will start as he's suspended from the 1st leg against Madrid.Should be playing him v Watford in any case
From what I've heard from within the club, he won't be seen again this season, unfortunately.I’d be more surpised if Walker doesn’t play v Madrid. Wow. That’s a nightmare if true. Lots of ifs obviously but we would need him if we are to play Liverpool in CL finalFrom what I've heard from within the club, he won't be seen again this season, unfortunately.
Hope the info is wrong but it is normally reliable
That's shocking news if true, really will miss him in the run and CL.From what I've heard from within the club, he won't be seen again this season, unfortunately.

Or play to our strengths and go 3 centre backs laporte diaz stones.....Fern can do a job there
Given Stones has just come off with a muscle injury, even if he's "ok", I think we have to look after him.Or play to our strengths and go 3 centre backs laporte diaz stones.....
Then use sterling and jesus workrate down the left and right then rodri bernardo kdb foden grealish doesnt look to bad
You can always play walker and cancello there oh wait a minute!:))Given Stones has just come off with a muscle injury, even if he's "ok", I think we have to look after him.
Hang on - I've just realised you're playing Jesus and Sterling as wing backs? :o
And doing it in the semi-finals of a Champions League for the first time would certainly blow a few minds. You can always play walker and cancello there oh wait a minute!:))
Yes it would as saying goes who dares wins!:))... its an option but like you say very unlikely we need to score 1 or 2 so lets see what magic pep can work. And doing it in the semi-finals of a Champions League for the first time would certainly blow a few minds.
