I am aware of that. What I was alluding too is he started playing regular senior football at the top level at least 5 years earlier than most. He made his senior debut in the Argentinian league a few weeks after his 15th Birthday. Name me another player in the league that was playing at that level at that age.

A 17/18 year senior career is about as long as you get at this level.

No such thing as footballing years. He needs another year.. another striker signed. and be used in the Chumps league as a priority. In my opinion

Fair enough. We all have an opinion. I just think we let legends go at our peril. I understood David leaving but blimey he isn't here anymore and we miss him even at 50 per cent.

We don't need A striker, we meet AT LEAST 2 strikers. That prick across the city Woodward gets massive stick, and rightly so but our recruitment and our seeming lack of strategy re. Strikers and left backs has been nothing short of a disgrace.

Striker is not our issue right now despite not having a fit and firing one. We’re not creating chances anyway, let’s start creating chances for a striker first then we can bemoan not having one.
