This is bang on. Both decent players but not together. Way too slow. That starting eleven was never going to work just like the first half v Porto. Also don’t understand why Torres doesn’t play ahead of mahrez.
Don't understand Mahrez over Torres either. Guess it's easier to leave young lads out, instead of so called established players.

I'm of the opinion Aguero is close to the end,his body isn't built for longevity and his lack of enthusiasm for training is legendary. These constant niggles that have plagued him for the past few years have caught up with him,he is now a player we cannot rely on unfortunately.

I totally agree.

He’s also 35/36 odd in footballing years as he started playing at the highest level after just turning 15. Fucking 15! Pretty much a regular when fit ever since for club and country.

Basically he has had 17 year senior pro career and counting.. most players are lucky to break into the first team by the time they are 20.. hardly any are still playing at 37!

Having read his book he played a ludicrous amount of football when he was a kid and personally surprised he hasn’t burnt out sooner given his injuries and general robust frame.

2 i said rarely steps up...and in that game he was also shit baring that free kick...a ppint proven by the fact that he was about to be hooked when he took ir
